First Meeting

We engage in an initial consultation to determine the scope of your project and your budget parameters.

Design

Through out the design process, your ideas, suggestions and changes will guide the final product. You'll talk with our architectural team, or show them plans you have already commissioned. We'll meet, talk, review, refine. Very soon, you'll have your initial plan, which we'll work on together to mold and remold until you're thrilled.

Contracts

Design plans are finalized, a scope of work is developed and a construction contract is presented for your review.

Building Process

Throughout the building process, Maple Properties Associates will provide lasting value and workmanship to your project. From major construction to minor finishing details Maple Properties Associates will strive to create the home of your dreams.

Completed House

Home. When you walk through the door of our finished project, you will know you found it. After construction is complete, you will receive a full orientation to your new or remodeled home.
